Like you, I vacationed in Summit County for years, always dreaming of staying longer. Then one day I made a plan to make that dream a reality and I want to help you do the same.
I owned a small brokerage in Madison, Wisconsin before moving to Breckenridge. Through managing other agents, as well as my own business, I gained experience with nearly every type of loan and property.
Now I combine my own experience of moving to the mountains with my years of selling real estate to help people like you “Own Your Summit”.
My local knowledge is framed by my former point of view as a vacationer, like yourself. I relate to your perspective, because I can still remember what it is like to have a mountain dream. I want to be your resource not only for neighborhood recommendations but also for hiking trails and dinner reservations.
Like so many experiences in the mountains, buying and selling up here has challenges that are unique. Who better to show you your way to the summit than someone who climbed the mountain herself.

I believe that real estate is a business of customer service rather than sales. The goal is for you to feel comfortable and confident in your real estate decisions, not sold to. My job is to guide you through the process of buying and selling. Explaining the steps and advocating for your needs along the way. This is how I've built a business filled with clients who have bought and sold with me again and again.

Customer Service & A Designers Eye for Detail
Prior to getting in the real estate, I worked as a home goods designer, in retail, and customer service.
The key to both design and customer service is being able to interpret what is needed to satisfy your customers’ wants and needs.
That creative problem-solving mindset and drive to make the customer happy is exactly what I bring to my real estate practice. From staging to negotiating repairs on an inspection I use these skills daily.
Bachelors in Design
Bachelors of Science in Design from the University of Cincinnati prestigious DAAP design college + years of experience designing products for beautiful homes.
Local & National Real Estate Knowledge
Continuing eduction in both local and national real estate topics including but not limited to wildfire home safety, vacation properties, investment property, and federal loan programs such as USDA & FHA.
Construction & Remodeling Knowledge
I’ve personally remodeled both residential and commercial properties and previously managed the construction company that we owned in Wisconsin. My husband is a home builder here in Summit County so any question I can’t answer, he’s our resource. Through him we have a direct connection to plumbers, painters, and other contractors.
